AAAFiling.comReviews of aaafiling.com

Me and my partner purchased their services to submit our tax form for partnership. Their support service is terrible, as they just automatically send the script without even reading your problems. And when you try to explain that your problem is not in their script, they just send it again. We eliminated all the mistakes ever possible and still were not able to use their service because of the problems in their software, they didn't even try to provide any help, didn't try to solve anything, just blamed us as the clients and simply ignored after. Avoid this company at any cost, because if anything goes wrong, and with aaafiling.com it will go wrong for sure at some point, you will lose your time and money. Luckily, there are other professional companies in the market, while this indecent aaafiling website basically only collects the money.

They filed my LLC but that was it. No follow up, no downloads no nothing. Emailed them 3 times and never replied. They did nothing I couldn't have easily done myself for far less money. Live and learn. Save your $200

I submitted an order in December 2020 and it has yet to be fulfilled in April of now 2021. I've called and emailed numerous times with zero response and once I finally reached someone, I received a "I'll have the office call you back in 24 hours, bye". Pretty safe to say I won't be getting my $200 back or my LLC. Yuck.
