Pretty sad you have to close your account a week after hitting a grand jackpot. Since hitting my grand last week, I have had probably 50ish DIFFERENT errors, server timeouts, client exceptions, literally every error you can think of. I have sent multiple screen shots, These people refuse to do anything at all except blame my browser(chrome) My browser obviously works just fine because as I've stated, I JUST HIT A GRAND LAST WEEK ON THE SAME BROWSER😡🤦. Not to mention, I never experienced one issue ever, prior to my grand, on the same browser. I've restarted phone, wifi, cleared every cache you can think of, and still nothing but problems. Anyway, they do payout, and they would get 5 stars if they didn't manipulate the site after paying a jackpot. They can give me every excuse in the customer service manual, won't mean a thing. You can play here for sure, just know if you ever hit a jackpot, you'll have nothing but headaches and stress after.
