Ken Louis took $2,000 from me one year ago in October of 2025, I paid them for PR Services and guaranteed media coverage in ELLE Canada which is a service they stated they provide on their website . 9 figure Media refuses to return my money or deliver on the services that they put in writing. I've sent a demand letter of payment and they refuse to return my money or deliver on the job I paid them for. They lied to me for months about communicating with ELLE Canada. I contacted ELLE Canada and they said they have never heard of Ken of 9 figure media and have no business relationship with them.

Hi Danny, thank you for the feedback. We understand the Elle Canada timeline was frustrating — editorial placements run on the publication's schedule, not ours. In the meantime, we secured you a GQ feature through our own media relationships, at no extra cost, well beyond the scope of the original package. We've since updated how we structure and price this type of coverage. And our company works with journalists who publish stories on Elle Canada and it’s illegal in the industry to pay the editorial teams of a publication to publish your article. That’s why it’s called earned media.
