What made my journey great was the support and encouragement I received from everyone — both the community and the team. A Transformational 5‑Day Journey Into Conscious Breathing! I just completed the 5‑day 9D breathing challenge, and the experience has been nothing short of transformative. Each day revealed something new about my mind, my patterns, and the way I’ve been breathing through life without awareness. Day 4 was when things finally clicked. I found my comfort zone, settled into the rhythm, and mouth breathing started feeling natural instead of awkward. There were moments where I could hold my breath longer than usual — small wins that genuinely motivated me. It felt like my body was finally cooperating with my intention. Day 5 took everything to another level. I practiced three times — almost 1.5 hours — and something inside me shifted. There was a sense of expansion, a quiet bliss that I can’t fully explain. Not excitement… but a deep inner stillness. A feeling of coming home to myself. This challenge helped me understand how much of our inconsistency comes from emotions and old patterns. The preliminary 5 day course is phenomenal! What an amazing FREE offering!! If you have any interest is breath work this is a great place to start. I’d done a few guided and self guided sessions previously and this was on a whole other level. Highly recommend! You’ve got nothing to loose besides everything you’ve been trying to.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kate and the support team at 9D Breathwork.
