The 9D support team were just so helpful in resolution of a difficulty I was having with the app. They got back to me right away, gave me some suggestions to resolve the situation, and then followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the resolution. People have recommended breathwork to me probably the last 2 yrs. I tried other apps and really didn’t find a benefit in it. It felt weird and strange so I was like probably just not my thing. I found the 9D Breathwork Challenge and it was free so what do I have to loose. Well…I would have lost a new journey in life if I had passed it up! Brian is amazing and talks you through the science and the Challenge is so easy to follow. The sessions are guided and you truly fell like you are in good hands.
