I absolutely love this class, I have gotten more energy and I am much calmer than before. The other thing I love is they are extremely supportive there. You go at your own pace and you are cheered the whole time. I have been there a month or so and I will be there much longer.

Having done the 9D breath work for 4 months every single day has transformed my life in so many different areas of my life. Struggling with anxiety, depression, and chronic pain conditions for more than half my I have tried everything! Nothing has worked like 9D. I feel very calm and happy for the first time in over 20years. My relationships have improved with my family and loved ones. I feel confident and I’m able to express myself openly. The breath work has improved my pain levels and I have been able to get off medications. I have been able to let go of so much trauma from my past experiences, that were causing me so much emotional distress. I feel vibrant and healthy now and able to participate in my own community and Church. I saw the effect of the breath work happening in my life in just a few weeks! Every session feels safe and guided and the quality of the content is outstanding! The 9D support is always very supportive and helpful. It has turned my life around for the positive. I highly recommend this!

I first came across 9d breathwork on social media and it drew me and made me curious to found what was going. As I dived a little deeper I could resonate with what I was seeing and reading So I decided to reach out to 9d breathwork and jump in with both feet. Well let’s just say I have not looked back since starting back in February 2026. Since starting 9d it has saved my life in many ways. I am so grateful to be on my healing journey with 9d breathwork.
