This is the first breath work practice that really works for me. It’s exciting and the experience in each new session becomes my new favorite. The support from everyone is wonderful and it’s a very happy environment to be a part of.

9D is more than breathwork journeys, it’s a movement towards sovereignty in mind, body, emotions, soul and material life. A complete holistic tool . The concepts that come together in making each journey are truly bringing you to a liminal type space for a moment so you're deeper self can work it’s miracles on healing your life as you’re meant to be healed. Sometimes like with all healing this means after symptoms, like you noticed your life one day looks different, but it from my experience is always better. For those who are spiritual it’s like a direct link to G-D source downloading health and abundance. Or if you’re not spiritual it’s still amazing as you would describe in your path in life. To me it’s the only healing module I’ve seen made for such a large diverse population . If you join the community the moderators make sure it remains loving and safer than other communities. My experience is current to 2023-2026🫶🌹

9D Breathwork has helped me overcome grief and trauma, old and new, and has given me tools to help me every day or every time I need to regulate my reactions to situations. I use at least one 9D technique a day, and it is helping me in so many ways. I am a work in progress, healing and becoming my authentic self .

I’ve done just 2 days of the free 5 day reset. Believe me, everyone deserves this course and I think everyone will take something from it. Our lives are so stressful now. I slept better after the first session. Today after the second I have felt calmer and more content because I’m doing something for me.
