My experience was the 5 day nervous system reset and before i found this iv been trying to get back energy to properly function like i know i can in life and something was holding me down and couldn’t really tell what it was but i knew im capable to handle things better but i just couldn’t and i dont even drink alcohol. Day 1 of the reset immediately impacted my energy levels on every spectrum and i can tell that some people holding on to real bad trauma this would bring back memories. I appreciate this and will continue doing this as needed
