I came in this group without knowing anything about 9D breathwork. I am someone who love to work on himself and getting better. I had the full 7 days journey with a breathwork everyday and a big session the final day. What an experience that was, one of the biggest relief I had, and what’s amazing is that you feel it, you see it, your body shows it that you’re purging something deep from yourself. During the last session, I sweated a lot, I had cramps, emotions got out. I’m a guy that rarely cries or have real tears, but here my body let go completely, first time in many years I didn’t had tears of joy and real giggles of letting those emotions go out. I felt completely exhausted with all those emotions I went through in the session and at it end, it felt like I was on a cloud, completely happy with a big smile. The one thing that made it wonderful is that I had that thoughts of my younger self thanking me for doing this work and moving forward, to become the man he always dreamed of. Huge thanks for that discovery and this very special moment I had the chance to experience.

Going through the 9D certification program has been a wild ride. I was nervous, scared and excited all at different times but continued to move forward. The staff and community have been an integral part of helping and supporting my growth through this journey. They all inspire me to be a better person.

Grateful for tumbling in to 9d breathwork. I've been following a lot of courses, also breathwork but this one was a gamechanger... Every step you take, brings you to who you are and can become. Oké I only started with this course but after several courses I've followed the last year this is the one I am going to follow till my last breath. Thanks a million to have come into my life. This is the best app i found I have tried many other forms of meditation but nothing really attracted my attention but once I started my journey with 9d breathwork everything started making sense now I know this my weapon to be close to peace, find my answers to resolve any kind of day to day problems with just breathing techniques. What's really great it's very flexible and we can get into the zone within just a few minutes. Try it out newbies i highly recommend this to unveil the magic within you✨
