We're sorry for the delay in your order; while all our orders ship the same day and are delivered to the US within 3-5 business days, custom orders can take 3-4 weeks to produce because they are hand-stitched jerseys and not hot-printed. We had a mistake in our meeting expectations, so we will explore it and see how we can improve it for future orders. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
