Hi Rowan, I'm sorry to hear the jersey didn't match what you ordered — that's not the outcome we want for anyone, especially for a custom order. A quick note on the shipping: our jerseys are custom-made overseas, with designs either printed/embroidered (stitched) depending on the style, which is why they ship from that region and can take longer than off-the-shelf items — that part isn't unusual for us. But receiving something that looked nothing like what you ordered is a real quality miss, and I'm sorry for the frustration that caused. I can confirm you've received a full refund for this order. If there's anything else we can do to make it right, please reach out to us directly. Thank you for the feedback — it helps us improve. — The 99Jersey Team

Hi Thomas, My name is Dan, and I wanted to personally reach out about this — a customer waiting since December for a return authorization is not okay, and I'm sorry for the runaround. I'd like to make sure you were able to get your products returned and get this sorted properly. If that hasn't happened yet, please reach out to me directly at 407-768-4186 — I'm happy to jump on a quick call and see this through myself. Thank you for your patience, and I hope we can turn this around for you. — Dan 99Jersey

Hi Maryell, Thank you for sharing this, and I'm sorry — this isn't the experience we want any customer to have, especially with a Christmas gift for your son. You're right that the extra-jersey offer on our order page is easy to miss, and we're working on making that clearer. We'd really love the chance to make this right for you — please give me a call directly at 407-768-4186 and I'll personally see what we can do. — Dan 99Jersey
