Hi Paulo, Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry about the wait. Your Cape Verde jersey ships from one of our partner facilities, which takes longer than orders from our Texas warehouse, and during the World Cup surge the delivery carrier's network in the US was slower than usual. Our team was in touch with you on August 21, and your jersey was delivered on August 23. If there's anything else we can help with, please reach our support team at [email protected]. 99Jersey Customer Care

Hi Ingeborg, Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the wait. Custom jerseys are made to order with the name and number you choose, and during the World Cup surge our production partners took much longer than usual, which delayed many custom orders. Your jersey was delivered on August 7. We've reached out to you directly to help with the fit. 99Jersey Customer Care

Hi Giovanni, Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry the jersey wasn't what you expected. It ships from one of our partner facilities, which takes longer than orders from our Texas warehouse, and it was delivered on July 27, during the very busy World Cup period. Our team worked with you on a return, and the full payment for this order was returned to you through PayPal on August 9. If there's anything else we can help with, please reach our support team at [email protected]. 99Jersey Customer Care

Hello, Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the wait. Some of our jerseys ship from partner facilities, which takes longer than items from our Texas warehouse, and during the World Cup surge order and message volume was far above normal. Tracking is created as soon as a shipping label is made, before the carrier receives the package, so the first updates can take several days to appear. If your order still needs attention, please reach our support team at [email protected] with your order number and we'll be glad to help. 99Jersey Customer Care

Hi Edith, Thank you for your feedback. This jersey ships from one of our partner facilities, and during the World Cup surge both shipping and response times were much longer than usual. Tracking for these orders starts before the carrier receives the parcel, which is why it can look stalled at first. We've reached out to you directly, and your order has been refunded in full. If you need anything else, please contact us at [email protected]. 99Jersey Customer Care

Thank you for your feedback. During the World Cup surge, message volume was far above normal and response times were much longer than usual. Orders from our partner facilities receive a USPS tracking number before the parcel reaches USPS, which is why USPS can show no scans for the first part of the journey. We'd like to look into your order personally. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number so we can resolve it. 99Jersey Customer Care

Hi Ildefonso, Thank you for your feedback. Your order included one jersey from our Texas warehouse and one from a partner facility, which takes longer to ship. During the World Cup surge, order and message volume were far above normal, so handling and response times were longer than usual. Both jerseys have been delivered, on July 18 and July 27, and the expedited shipping charge was refunded in full on July 17. If there's anything else we can help with, please contact us at [email protected]. 99Jersey Customer Care

Hi Joseph, I'm really sorry to hear about this experience — this isn't the impression we want anyone to walk away with, especially around a gift for your son. You're right that the extra item offer on the order page is easy to miss, and that's on us, not you. We're looking into making that clearer so this doesn't happen to anyone else. More importantly, we don't want you stuck with a jersey you didn't mean to order and a return deal that doesn't feel fair. We'd like to make this right — please reach out to us directly at 888 491 7188 with your order number, and we'll take care of a full refund (or full store credit, whichever you'd prefer) and cover the return shipping. Thank you for giving us the chance to fix this. We hope to turn this into a better experience for your family. — The 99Jersey Team
