I ordered the Georgia collards, mustard greens and lettuce. I planted them all in August 29th the mustard came up with a lot of weeds. The collard’s only yield two plants surrounded by a whole lot of weeds/grass. I am so disappointed. I plant collards every year and never had this happen. It was my first time purchasing seeds from this company. Never again. 😞😡

Ordered seeds at a great price fast delivery since have planted my seeds and all sprouted but none have grown :(( so now my garden is empty and no one from 99 heirloom seeds will even respond to my email sent will never order my seed from here again m so sad to have an empty garden this year.

Messaging them and they have a chat place and they said they would get to me as soon as they could and it’s been 2 days no answer they are not a good company in my book and I want my money back the seeds I got were not good seeds little tiny things that have not come up at all. I did research and the people said don’t buy from here the seeds are not what you want and so many bad reviews I should have check them out first like I usually do.

Hello. Our chat is not manned on the weekend, we sent a reply first thing this morning. Your seed order was delivered on March 27th, 4 days ago. You shouldn't expect germination for the variety you received for approximately 9 days. If your seeds have not sprouted after waiting a sufficient period of time, please contact us. Thank you.

Found out they was utilizing USPS politely asked them for an alternative shipping method they said they would leave a message before it got shipped The reason I politely asked him was is because it goes through Springfield Missouri post office that's about to be shut down because there's not been a package delivered anything less than two weeks later than it's supposed to be and explain that to them when I ordered it yet they still shipped it through United States Postal Service so they get the kind of review based on the customer service that they gave I mean it wasn't free shipping I paid for the shipping I should have been able to get ship however I wanted to shipped

Hello! We're sorry to hear about your experience. Our shipping rates displayed during checkout state their respective shipping methods via USPS, and we also offer an alternative via UPS. I bought quite a few different seeds and I have never had seeds that did not sprout. I have been gardening for over 40 years and I bought a pkg of CHRYSANTHEMUM, Shasta Daisy and I got 1 flower. I think I about 5 red beans. I planted 2 packages of purple coneflowers and I got 1-2 flowers only for 2 packages. The watermelon and cantelope barley grew and so on with the rest of the seeds I bought.

Hi! Thank you for providing more information. We've confirmed your order from December 2023. I don't see, however, any green beans on the order. Regardless, we've confirmed test dates and germination rates for all the varieties ordered. All lot numbers tested over 80% germ rate, and we have not had any other complaints for these varieties. Another misrepresentation of seeds! The package arrived with no instructions except a packing slip from China. Past experience with seeds from China: zero to very little germination. This company is not what they say they are.

Our seeds are branded Urban Garden Seeds - sometimes we're mistaking with the website urbangardenseed.com which I believe is who you may have ordered from.
