I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by 99acres. The experience so far has been frustrating, unprofessional, and far below the expectations set during the sales pitch. Here are the key issues that demand immediate attention: Zero Buyer Visits Despite Promises: We live in a metro city where buyer visits typically peak over the weekend. They claimed there are 130 active buyers actively searching, yet I haven’t seen a single visit in recent days. This is not just disappointing—it’s misleading. No RM Support or Backup: The Relationship Manager is frequently unavailable over weekend probably due to weekoff, and I’ve received no communication about who is handling scheduling in her absence. This lack of continuity is unacceptable. Escalation Ignored: I’ve been requesting a callback and escalation since yesterday. Still no response. This silence is not just poor service—it’s negligence. Non-Functional RM Contact: The RM’s number is now unreachable. What am I supposed to do in this situation? Who is accountable? Broken Promises on Scheduled Visits: I was told there would be a visit over the weekend. That didn’t happen, and no one has bothered to update me. Who is taking ownership here? When I hadn’t subscribed to your service, I was bombarded with daily calls and lofty promises. Now that I’ve paid, I’m left chasing updates and clarity. This reversal in treatment is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of integrity and accountability.

i am writing this review about this web site . pls guys do not post any kind of Ad in this website once you post an Ad these guys will kill you by calling day and night for buying package if you need it or don't . my experience with them is so worse with difference in time i posted an Ad for renting property in the month of august 2025 and after few days i deleted the post how ever i keep on telling that i don't need any kind of help or i don't want to take any kind of package as because i got my work done locally still they keep on calling for selling there package after several time telling them politely they keep on calling each an every day .After getting Pissed of with there calls i am writing these review. These guys don't have any work they only concentrate in selling there package.

99 acres seller plans are completely fraud. Never ever waste your money by trusting 99 acres. I purchased seller assist plus plan for 6 months and paid around 22k. My plan is going to expire in next 4 days. As of now single visit was not scheduled , just imagine my situation paid 22k and in this 6 months duration even a single buyer not visited the property. 99 acres is completely fraud. The sales team literally kills you with calls and messages until you buy the plan after that they vanish. This is my sincere suggestion and request to every property owner, don’t waste your money by taking sellers plans from 99 acres. They have escalation matrix as well which is useless, I have escalated to 1st point of contact , who is the president of 99 acres but still no use.

99acres cheat and fraud Be aware and don’t be fool by 99acres sales team False and big promises at the time selling plan but in reality once you pay they become invisible and vanish.I have taken premium plan worth 15.5k but it has been 2 months there are no progress. it’s just way to loot money from customers by simply fooling them. Extremely Disappointing Experience – Big Promises, Zero Results. We subscribed to a 3-month package on 99acres to claims of exceptional lead generation and market reach. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing but frustrating and unproductive. I met Gopal Vignesh 99 Acres area sales manager along with Jagan. Sales manager also gave false commitments and they have good potential buyers in Coimbatore. He insisted to make the payment immediately by Phone and personal follow ups — high pressure sales tactics. After payment, the truth unfolded: As of now only few leads received. Many leads were not real one. Neither No one will answer the call Nor number not in use. Its look like thrown your money in Dust Bin. Bottom Line: Extremely poor service Misleading sales pitches No proper accountability Think 1000 times before buying any paid plans from 99acres It's look new kind of scam in digital marketing.

Suraj Shukla from proptiger gave me the pathetic service misguided for pickup and drop but while arranging drop he stopped answering my call and I have to come on my own expenses very very poor service strict action against such people should be taken
