Very Bad Experience. I had posted an advertisement for renting my house. But I was not sure whether I would give the house for Rent or stay myself, since my transfer was due. One Customer care representative contacted me to take Premium subscription for 11,000/- I denied. I told her my situation. I told that let me wait for 10 days at least. She agreed. But then she started persuading me for taking Premium subscription plan. I kept denying but after 5 days I gave in and accepted. I paid and took the plan. Then suddenly my transfer came and now I had to stay in my house, so I can't rent the house now. I didn't use the plan even for 3 days. Now I am requesting to at least give me 75% refund. But they are telling it is not refundable. They are not even picking up my calls. This is the Customer Service they do. Cheap and duping the people and earning money. Shameless. I am requesting refund me 75% or 60% or 50%. But they are not even responding to my calls. Shameless. Staff. Shameless company.

worst one. they keep calling you for months to purchase their service with many promises. when you purchase, they will do nothing. RM service totally worst service, no proactiveness, no report, no negotiation. they are using the trick of RM giving lot of fake promises to steal money from you. Ultimately you need to do everything your own. JUST DONT BUY their plan.

But you don't have the option to do so here. I have listed to rent out my property. Now everyday, I get messages from 99acres.com saying huge demand for property rental in my area. Hurry and contact property owners! I have property listed to rent and they direct me to contact others who have put-up their property on rent! Ludicrous, but expected from 99acres! Then everyday on an average I get about 5-6 calls from this company, coaxing me to take up their premium services. Initially, I was very polite and requested them not to call again. I said I don't want any paid service from them. I said this is the internet era and I had read innumerable reviews about 99acres online. After reading that and from my own experience, I have decided that I do not need their "premium services". But they will keep pestering you everyday. Me: Rakeshji, jaisa mein ne kaha, mujhe 99chor se roz 5-6 chor call karte hai meri madat karne ke liye. Rakesh: Sir, humara company ka naam hai 99acres.com. Aap 99chor bhol rahe ho. Me: Samjata hoon. Aap apni company ko uske naam se jante hai. Mein aapki company ko uske kaam se jaanta hoon. Mein samajta hoon ki aap ko itna sab samaj mein nahi aayega. Tho aapke liye yeh company 99acres hai aur mere liye 99chor hai. Mein apna property rent pe dena cahata hoon, isliye advertise kiya hai. Pehle maine socha ki mein property rent pe dena cahata hoon aur yeh log mujhe roz 10-15 message bejte hai, ki iss area mein anek property hai jho rent pe available hai. Tab maine soocha apka sahi naam hona cahiye 99bewafoofs. Magar mujhe apna soch badalna pada. Mein kal raat 2 bajhe tak online reviews padta raha tumare company ke bare mein. Maine itne saare reviews pade, usme ek bhi aisa nahin jho tumare company ke bare mein acha likaho. Tab mujhe samaj mein aaya ki yeh company 99bewakoofs nahin, 99Chors hai. Rakeshji, aap jaante hai yeh 99Chors company ka mukya kaun hai? Rakesh: Mein samja nahi. Me: Matlab choron ka sardar kaun hai? The line is disconnected. But they will still keep calling you. This is a big fraud company. Whether you list your property for free or take one of their Premium services, you will not get any leads or benefit in any manner. Unfortunately, throughout this entire period, we did not receive even a single genuine lead. There was also a complete lack of proper communication and transparency from their side. Before the service period ended, we tried reaching out multiple times to understand the status and performance, but there was no meaningful response from the team. Our concerns were not addressed, and no effort was made to improve the situation or provide clarity. What was most frustrating was the response we received after the service period ended. When we followed up again, we were simply told that the service had expired, with no accountability or support offered. It felt like once the payment was made, customer service and commitment were no longer a priority. Overall, this has been a very poor and unprofessional experience. I would strongly advise others to think twice before opting for their paid services, as it did not deliver any value for the money spent.

I had a very poor experience with 99acres. The assigned relationship manager and even the escalation contacts were consistently unreachable—calls were rarely answered, making communication extremely frustrating. Over a period of six months, not a single serious site visit was arranged. Most of the leads shared were either of very low budget or never progressed to an actual visit, which clearly reflects poor lead quality and lack of proper filtering. To make matters worse, the service was deactivated almost a month before its actual expiry, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, the service lacked professionalism, responsiveness, and value for money. I would not recommend it based on my experience.
