Totally unprofessional organization, don't ever list your property for sale. They just want your money and they don't have any interest after that. The follow up on the leads are delayed and they just do a job of postman which is also delayed. I would have given -ve stars but unfortunately we don't have that option.

This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. The moment they wanted payment, the sales executive was extremely aggressive, constantly following up and pushing for closure. But the minute the payment was done, everything changed — absolutely no support, no accountability, and no response. The “Relationship Manager” concept is a complete sham. I was assigned Manish first and then Smriti — both were equally unhelpful and unresponsive. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was zero ownership, no proactive support, and no real effort to help me close anything. It clearly feels like once they get your money, they lose all interest in providing the service they promised. This is not just poor service — it feels like a deliberate trap to lure customers into paid plans with false promises. I strongly warn others: do not fall for their paid services. You will regret it.

Don't take any service of 99 acers ...I am using R M service most expensive service in 99 acers ...with 90 days validity...but in 90 days we can't get any single inquiry from there portal....so I request you to all don't trust him ...it's better to give brokerage to broker

Worst experience. Their Sales team provides discounted plans but the whole service delivered is compromised. I was told lie about the traction or demand of the property I am looking to sell on their platform and was lured to their premium plan. Upon subscribing I have noticed that I was not getting any quality leads. In fact the leads I received were just 1-3 in the whole period of 3 months that considering my property was listed much below the prevailing prices in the area. Eventually my property got sold through a broker but obvious I had to pay him brokerage which was one of the purpose of listing it on their site to avoid. I won't recommend anyone to list their property on 99 acres using any of their paid plans as they have conflict of interest with the brokers who pay them for subscription.

I invested 13500 Rs for a perineum services in which Relationship manager has to be provided. At the time of subscription they are quite active. Once payment done. My advertisement not published even after 3 days of pay.ent. Relationship manager ka koi Ata pata nahi kareeb 10 din baad ek rm Kuldeep karke allot hua. Aur mene usse pooch wo socal media wali advertisement aapne committ ki thi wo bola abhi karenge. 1 month nikal gaya. Next moth 2 lead huee. Dono fake. Mene complaint ki to next days 8 leads aa gayee. But all fake. RM EK MONTH ME ek baar bhi call nahi karta. Kese he me usko WhatsApp par likhtaa hu 2 din baad call karta he ki ek interested he. But he is not interacted to party muje phone number de kar gool ho gaya. Client se baat huee to usko to koi interest he nahi thaa. Mene call karne ko rm ko insist kiyaa. Wo 15 din tak bolta rahaa call nahi lag rahaa. Aab 5th international to RM. Bola aapki service expire ho rahe he same amt pay karo. Bull shit. Pl do not invest any money they are fooling peoples

Worst experience with 99acres for commercial property rental posting in Kochi. Paid for premium listing for 3 months and received zero quality leads. Relationship manager stopped responding properly after payment. Total waste of money and highly disappointing service.

I was contacted number of times by 99 acres executives to make payments for early renting of my property. It was nothing but aggressive sales tactics before payment, unresponsive Relationship Managers after payment, poor or fake lead quality, and a strict no-refund policy. I would not recommend this platform at all . They are indeed most unreliable and unprofessional bunch of thugs.
