This is a fraud company luring people with false promises. I got one response on the day of posting a free advertisement. They contacted me and promised personal services through their premium options. After I paid, not even one response I got in 2 months. The notification we get in the app are all fraudulent where the person never shown any interest to our properties. They are cheating the public and government must ban such fraudulent portals.

My experience with 99acres was extremely disappointing. I paid for a premium listing expecting better visibility, quality leads, and meaningful support. Unfortunately, I did not receive the value that was promised. Most of the recommendations and suggestions I received were not useful for my property, and I didn’t see any measurable improvement after upgrading. The customer support after payment was also disappointing. Instead of helping resolve my concerns, I continued to receive calls asking for feedback without any meaningful action being taken. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend paying for premium listings. I would encourage property owners to carefully evaluate whether the service is worth the cost. In many cases, you may achieve similar or better results by marketing through your own network, social media, or local contacts. I hope the company focuses on improving transparency, customer support, and delivering the value that customers pay for.

The executive called Adarsh Gupta, and he gave all required commitments towards service and response. After taking paid subscription of 99acers, from the next day he disappeared and stopped answering calls and messages. The service is worse ever then I have seen. About paid subscription, it's zero. Not a single buyer came to enquired about my property. 1 interest was shown that is also a fake enquiry. Literally they fraud people. Never ever take paid subscription of 99acers.com. very very bad experience.

Significantly Lack of accountability, particularly after making payments. The staff unresponsive, unhelpful, and even rude, with relationship managers tend to deliver fake promises and no adequate support. Customer just gets ignored after the payment is made. They say they get you genuine responses whereas they have not generated a single successful lead even till contacting the potential buyer.

Just like no broker , it’s a big fraud company.. do not go for subscription. Their promised are fake.. instead advertise ur property through local property dealers they could only help in selling or renting. Never rely on this fraud comp.. I hve taken the premium subscription, but no lead was serious, if u pressurise or ask anything, they will send you the fake leads, fake people call u asking for the visit but they never turned up.. pls save ur money..

This guys looting our money and their services are very pathetic. The give false promises before paying amount. After paying amount they show there tantrums. But I will not leave them. I will su them in court....

No Genuine Lead Generation. and top of that they will call to renew. DO NOT PAY THEM AND REGRET.

Worst site for property, any unreasonable rate u can see, which has no logic any one can put anything on this, rubbish site not at all buyer friendly. We can not get actual property prices on no basis. 99 acre has no control on hypothetical prices
