Headline: Order #A366172 - Account pulled back within 24 hours; Support refuses to honor Section 1.3
I purchased a Valorant account for 12,000 PKR (Order #A366172) on Jan 25, 2026. Per the instructions, I changed the password and email to secure the account. However, within hours, the original owner recovered the account through Riot Support, making it inaccessible. I contacted 99accs support (Elle and Felly) immediately. Despite their ToS Section 1.3 stating that claims for non-functionality are accepted for 1 day, they refused a refund or replacement. Their argument is that because I changed the details (which is a requirement for a 'permanent' transfer), the warranty is void. This policy effectively means the 24-hour warranty is impossible to use, as any attempt to secure the account voids it. I am sharing this 'whole story' as requested by support to warn other buyers that 'Permanent' accounts can be recovered instantly without recourse
