I’ve been using this company for years
I’ve been using this company for years. My name is Najah Moeser. I remember I was hesitant to use them because of some reviews but I have made multiple payment plans with them because I’m a self employed Musician always owe taxes. They always set up my plan perfectly so just wanted to leave this review for anyone hesitant to use them. You just pay the fee & let them know your amount & they send you mail. You have to send some mail & then your payment plan is in effect. The directions are very clear. Xo

UPDATED Review to 5 stars 97tax
I'm pleased to update my rating to 5 stars!! I got a call today, Sept 1st, from their agent who explained everything and was extremely helpful. He helped me get everything straightened out which I'm so grateful for. Obviously due to the COVID they are swamped as is the IRS. __________________________ I contacted them on July 6, 2020 and paid them but have heard nothing as of September 1st and now have a letter from IRS stating my total payment is due September 7th. I've sent emails to support and I've called only to find i can just leave a message which I left more than once along with my phone # and STILL NO RESPONSE. I'm in a bind due to Covid. As I was planning on the payments they provided. I would have given 0 stars but no option.

Simple process & stated in touch
Really simple process, read the FAQ to know about the process. Stayed in touch with me throughout the process by email. Got positive letter direclty from IRS about 60 days later. Thanks team 97tax

Friend of mine recommended 97tax..
Friend of mine recommended 97tax... I was a few years behind on taxes but I followed their instructions and it worked out for a payment plan. Way easier than calling the IRS, good people.
