945industriesReviews of 945industries.com

Ordered my bag on August 20. Still no word on whether or not it’s going to ship soon. One thing I do have to say is they have been in communication with me which is different from other reviews but all they wanna do is put the blame elsewhere. One excuse was “well we ran a sales promotion and we’re backlogged”. Well, don’t run a sales promotion if you can’t handle the influx of orders. Don’t make your problems my problems. So who knows if I’ll even get it, apparently a lot of people are not getting their bags so maybe I got scammed.

I've purchased 3 bags (2 QAPS Cordura for my Glock and P10C) and the newest QAP magnetic bag from 945 Industries, and they all have exceeded my expectations. The kydex fit for my firearms was absolutely perfect, providing a secure and reliable fit inside the bag. The quality, design, and overall functionality are excellent. What really stood out was their customer service. I had a question and reached out for assistance, and their team responded almost immediately and helped me resolve my concern right away. Great products backed by outstanding customer support. Highly recommended, and I would definitely purchase from them again! It's rare to find a company that delivers both a great product and exceptional customer service, but 945 Industries does exactly that.

Honestly cannot recommend this company, I placed an order april 16th and it is now april 26th with ZERO update. No message saying hey your item is still processing. nothing, but they took my $160 and that's been processed. EDIT: I've already reached out using the website contact us. no response yet. you guys have reviews regarding lack of response.

Best carry bag ever made so far. Fast draw , reliable , sturdy, very practical and comfortable to carry everyday

I placed an order with them, I tried cancelling it via email and chat. They said as long as my request is received within 24 hours of the order. I know get a email that the package is going to be delivered, there is no phone number to call anyone. The CS does not answer emails or chats. Would not buy from them again.

945 is a great company and made it right for me by getting product to me which is a excellent product. UPS actually delivered the product to the wrong address and 945 Industries got a new package delivered to my address and very satisfied with product. If you have not tried this product the quality and customer service is great.

great stuff, recommend
