8SeasonsReviews of 8seasons.com

Supplier truly exceptional! Great prices, very wide variety shipments accurate and fast (and affordable). Of a higher level than another similar site where I bought before. Once you try 8seasons, you will never go back . Their strong point is the staff, I related with Bonnie, Ivy, and especially Lore, which are truly exceptional! Very understanding, kind, always willing to help (even when it might not interest him). The delivery respects the days fixed (and not everyone does) always have promotions and offers, in addition to brackets of weight that may reveal surprises;) Site is really functional with ancillary services really excellent and great freedom of choice It 'really the best supplier with whom I've ever had to do and add value to the customer, vote 10 + + + +! Try it and you will not regret it! I take this opportunity to greet and thank Lore, always friendly and helpful

Excellent Customer Service!! Incredibly fast shipping from China to the US. Received my order in less than 1 week!!! When I inquired about returning unused product, Lore offered to give me a credit on my account for a portion of what my return would be, to save me on the shipping costs back to them. I will definitely order from 8Seasons again! I was hesitant at first, but will definitely use them again!!

Thank you to Cathy Chen. I made an error when placing my order and Cathy was very quick to correct my problem. Even though the error was mine solely, the issue was fixed with great speed and handled totally via email in a very professional manner. I am a recent customer to 8seasons, but with my total satisfaction I see lots of orders in my future. All dealings with the company have been online or through email and responses are always very quick. Don't be scared by the shipping charges, even after shipping is added, the pricing cannot be beat.

This company are very good at delivering on time. Their products are excellent and their customer service are always happy to help. I would recommend them

Hello, I'm an artisan and have ordered more than once at 8 seasons. I will highly recommend this company for the great choice of items, the excellent service and the fastest delivery! A happy customer :)

Laura and her team from 8seasons have been truly amazing from the first day I received an email for assistance in finding the products I struggled to find on my own in China. With their help, they communicated with the wholesaler and had arranged the order/invoice & delivery for me. Everything was smooth and hassle free and the payment was secure and they continued to communicate with me throughout the whole period till I received the products and have continued to stay in contact with me. I am currently working on my second order. I strongly recommend this company as they are very reliable and trustworthy. xxxx

I'm so happy to find 8season. Laura is great and helps me several times! Service, Quality and Price are excellent! I really can recommand this company and special Laura. Thank you very much!

I just got my first order last week and was very amazed at the quality of the items. Many of the pendants were much prettier and more intricate in person then they were on the computer screen. Great job guys. I really enjoyed receiving the free gift with my order. I have already been using it. I will be ordering from you guys again many times!
