This company is very customer oriented and I was very happy with my first order. when an item is out of stock, most companies will not send it to you and cover the shipping, but 8seasons does. Very happy with that. Items are of great quality and prices are very good! They seem to really care about your order and I was surprised on how well they emailed me when my order was shipped, what was out of stock was listed and when the items were back in they immediately shipped them out. I consider that to be excellent customer service! You don't come across many companies these days that care a whole lot about the customer. I am very happy to have found this company. I will definitely be ordering from them again and I would recommend 8SEASONS to anyone.

Since I have been communicating with 8seasons custom service about certains items fluently. Their website is pretty going faster easily. Today I received my package about 2 pounds from 8seasons to my studio in South California, USA after ordered items 8 days ago. Amazing Results, Happy, Alex

Great customer service & fast and effective delivery My order arrived within a week and sailed through customs which was great and all the products I received were of high quality. There was a slight mix up with one of my items however I just emailed customer service and they sorted the issue out for me with minimum fuss. I always think you can judge a company's true nature by how well they deal with a problem and in this case I have to say they were really good and very helpful so will definitely shop with 8 seasons again.

I love 8 Seasons for their variety and great prices. They are most considerate and helpful whenever I need to communicate with them and they respond quickly, especially since I am half way across the world. Chris is my latest contact, lovely person!
