Fragen werden schnell und kompetent beantwortet und Probleme gut gelöst. Nähzubehör z.B. Endlos-Reissverschlüsse erhalte ich nirgens günstiger und die Qualität ist mit deutscher Shop Qualtität vergleichbar bzw. identisch. Schade, daß es keine Gurtbänder gibt dann würden meine Hunde noch mehr Halsbänder und Geschirre besitzen. Es wird kostenloser Versand angeboten. Die Versanddauer ist je nach gewählter Art unterschiedlich. Ich plane immer im voraus, so daß eine Dauer von bis zu 30 Tagen kein Problem für mich darstellt. Für einen geringen Versandkostenanteil kann man seine Ware aber auch schon innerhalb weniger Tage in Händen halten
