I was delighted with 8Seasons products and service. The prices are true value purchases - items that I would pay much, much more for in my local craft stores. The items in my 1st order were exactly as expected - even better. The little cat charms were unique and I look forward to using them in my jewelry projects. 8Seasons has been excellent with customer service, as well. They are on top of it, informing me if an item is out of stock and offering me appropriate options. They are very responsive to product inquiries, as well, providing me the information I need in a timely manner. A+ to 8Seasons!

I just ordered from 8Seasons for the first time. You won't find quantity chains or bulk items at their low cost anywhere else. The items were shipped quickly and back ordered items followed a few days later. I had one item that I didn't like and contacted Lore in customer service. She was so helpful, and she sent me a replacement right away. Their customer service is the best! I will be shopping here again.
