This was my first order from 8Seasons and I was very pleased with the items and prices. At first my order was short two items, and when I was going to email about it, I found they had sent me an email explaining they were back-ordered and shipped separately (it had gone to Spam, darn Yahoo.) Just when I had given up hope, they arrived in the mail. Happy Day! The service at 8Seasons is good too, I did send an email in the morning about the missing items, and when I went home for lunch, there they were in the mail. I emailed 8Seasons about receiving my items and received a response from them within 24 hours. I will definitely order from them again.

An item I ordered was discontinued. Instead of just sending me something I’d probably never used, Cathy from customer service emailed me and I picked out the substitute. Very impressive!!
