I've bought a half dozen times from 8Seasons, and each time I've been very happy with their quality, prices and especially their customer service! There's a reason they have so many 5-star ratings - they earn it! One of my orders was for pearls for a bridal item I make. I asked about what kind of white were the pearls? (there are a gazillion shades of white!). They literally got out of their chair and went back to the warehouse to hand check the colors for me! I felt like I was standing next to their desk while they checked! I come from retail so I know great customer service when I see it - this is the real deal!! Looking forward to many more purchases from 8Seasons!

I have ordered a few things from them recently and had a great experience. Their beads are very good quality and the customer service is excellent, I had a question regarding one of my items ( no damage just question) and they responded quickly and did a follow up as well to my next order regarding that same inquiry. I am SO pleased and happy with them - I will be ordering a lot more in the near are far future.

The customer service at 8 Seasons is amazing. I've made several purchases from them now and have been exceedingly happy with them all. Their produts are top notch. I've odered several products that were out of stock or on backorder and every one has arrived promptly with email communication every time to tell me my purchase was being shipped.i wholeheartedly recommended this company. All I could say when I received my first order was “WOW”!!! I texted a picture to my husband at work and was raving about how quick the order arrived and the quality of the product is AWESOME!!!! His reply was “ Sounds like Christmas came early for you” Yes it did!!!! Quality product at a very low price! This makes my jewelry prices for the jewelry I make not only look awesome but I can keep my prices Low as well! Awesome customer service! I will be shopping here from now on!!! Thank you for selling quality product at such a great price!!!

Great at communication, updating on any back orders or items out of stock. I never worry because I know they’ll take care of the issue. They’re also great at any custom orders you might have.

Super kind, and when items were back-ordered, they kept me informed and updated. Also did their best to make sure my items arrived by our event date, and they did!!

I bought a pink choker with gold wings and a little pink sakura pendant. Very unique and I saw other places selling it for $20+, with 8seasons it was less than $5 and it INCLUDED the shipping charge! The necklace is beautiful and of good quality. I don't think I'll go anywhere else for my jewelry! :) Shipping was super fast as well.
