Reasonable, short term lending
We needed a loan to help grow our Amazon business in December of 2022. They were helpful when we experienced a compliance issue at Amazon by reducing the payments and spreading them out for a longer payment term, although you will pay for this with a high rate of interest applied. They deal in short term lending to cover your inventory purchases that helps bridge the gap between purchase from supplier to revenue from sale on Amazon and will need to connect to a suitable bank account and have access to your Amazon account to view all the reporting. It's advisable to maintain a regular correspondence with them. To lose correspondence risks their legal department getting in touch to demand the entire amount back, so do be careful.

The process was fast and easy
The process was fast and easy. They gave me a great offer I just wasn’t able to take it because it didn’t fit my company at the time .

All in all, we have had a positive experience with 8Fig. There have been challenges on more than one occasion with their platform and that has created concerns about how we can partner together long-term. Nevertheless, we have had a really positive experience with the customer service team, especially Jenifer Dobbins. Jenifer has always been incredibly supportive and prompt in her communication. Our truly appreciates the support Jenifer continues to demonstrate!
