Eric was a pleasure to work with on my first Rolex purchase. He found the watch I wanted quickly, and talked me through the entire process. We spoke daily in the few days between connecting initially and the watch arrival. He even helped get the watched shipping changed to follow me on a business trip. When the watch arrived, it was brand new and amazing. The secondary market for watches and the process can cause a little anxiety the first time, but Eric made it a great experience. I’ll be recommending him to friends and use him for future purchases.

I fear I must be repetitive and echo the other reviews. Making a purchase this expensive can be daunting and the risk of being scammed can be high. Eric and Nick were a joy to work with. Eric not only called me directly to discuss my purchase and ensure I was comfortable, but he also took time to walk me through the care and maintenance of my new(to me) watch.
