You can't withdraw from them. As simple as that and the customer service is terrible, they respond very slow. But it doesn't matter, just avoid this site at all cost. They are very shady and request a lot of fees in order for you to get a withdrawal. I have deposited more than $1000, more than half was for taxes and comisions. I didn't receive any money from them So total scam. And most important thing DON'T GAMBLE
