I had been trying, unsuccessfully, for 8 months to find a headset that is compatible with our Polycom VoIP telephones. Even Polycom couldn't tell me what would work. Finally someone mentioned E4. I called & spoke with Mike White. He was able to send me a headset that day to test it out. The equipment has performed flawlessly. Their pricing is very competitive. I have just ordered 6 more. I find the people at E4 to not only be knowledgeable about the products that they sell, but also the underlying technology. A good example would be them recommending we setup and configure a provisioning server for our phones as we began to grow, and advising us on how to do so. This helped us to streamline our setup of new employees. We feel that the business relationship that we have developed with them over the yeas is invaluable.
