Do not use 800 Flowers
So someone sent my son flowers and left them right in front of our door at some point. My wife walked out and tripped over the vase breaking it and she fell. My wife called 1800 flowers and asked if she could get a new vase since she tripped over the old one. They said essentially "screw off". If you send me ANYTHING from 800flowers ever, I will take it as a personal insult. Had my wife been hurt more than she was, i would file a lawsuit for damages due to their rude customer, non-service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!
