I ordered an item for a friend's birthday, for the sake of this review, let's say the birthday was on 1/22. 800flowers shipped it via FedEx and FedEx decided to ignore the delivery date and deliver the item on 1/21. No matter what I did I could not get FedEx to deliver on 1/22 and 800flowers did NOTHING to help. 1. They don't speak English, you will get some rep in a foreign country and 2. They refuse to intervene and will offer you a silly coupon. FedEx & 800flowers totally ruined this experience.

Disgusting, dead birthday flowers delivered a week after the person's birthday. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They are liars and scammers.

After 7 days and a hefty shipping fee a trail of excuses and no delivery. Excuses included no local florist in the Orlando area. Unable to deliver to the recipient which was a business. Promise of a partial return of the fee which never happened.

The customer service from this company is horrible, I was on hold several times for over 45 minutes then conveniently disconnected to correct a mistake in the order. Never a responce to any of the several emails. I have to say when the flowers were delivered, they were lovely, but this was the local florist mot this company.

This company failed in delivery again for funeral flower. BADDDDDD. Just go bankrupted. Many people have same complains but they never change or improve. What the heck is this!

A friend of the families husband has passed away and we wanted to send flowers from my family for his celebration of life. The flowers were supposed to be delivered Saturday before noon I spent $85 to make sure that was gonna happen. By 4 PM Saturday the flowers were still not delivered and the service was over. They said they can give me half my money back and try to read deliver it the next day. I explained that the service was for one day only and they ruined it my family it was not able to be represented in anyway whatsoever with these flowers it was very important to us and they failed and then they try to give us half our money back and deliver the next day which was unacceptable. I ended up canceling my order completely getting a refund after two calls to make sure that happens with no flowers and I apologize to the family and I will never use them again.

The flowers were never delivered. Even as I type this review I’m on hold, speaking with Roxette, trying to get answers. The general manager of the funeral home even spoke with 800Flowers and understands my frustration because he’s getting the same run around as I am. So far I’ve spoken with four (4) people within two days and my grandmother’s funeral is early tomorrow morning with no flowers delivered that was from her grandchildren. I’m being told it was delivered then told it’s in transit. The florist information will not be provided to me so I’m on hold constantly while they go back and forth to relay messages. To even speak with a supervisor is completely impossible. This is insane! The florist lied stating my order was delivered, on the wrong at that. Then to say it was in transit and now they are unable to confirm whether it was or was not delivered. I appreciate Roxette trying her hardest to resolve this issue however it has unfortunately gone beyond her control with how things happened. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. First and last using this service.

This company was four days late and my delivery for a very special person on her birthday. The excitement of getting the flowers on her birthday is gone they have a very bad reputation. Do not buy from this company. This company is also advertised by sherries berries as an extra possible gift do not buy sherries berriesAs long as they’re affiliated with one 800 flowers.com
