This website is more than a scam. As there tracking website. Has no ties to the tracking number provided. Purchased MagicRepair car paint corrector. Haven’t managed to find the tracking although have been provided with a tracking number. I have proof of purchase with screen shots.

I ordered an item on 19th March 21 and it’s not with 14th April and no delivery. When I contacted the company for help they told me my item was delivered and that they couldn’t help me I had to chase the courier. Do not waste your money this is not a reputable company with policies like that.

Ordered the super trimmer for haircuts and lineups. They charged my card and took my money but no tracking even though it said free worldwide tracking. Last but not least I called customer service and they just had no answer for anything, not my name adresss or anything on file.
Response from 7SecondsSmileApr 14, 2021
Hello Berket, We sincerely sorry if you haven't received an update regarding your order. It normally takes 10-20 days for items to be delivered considering some logistic delays caused by the pandemic. However, there's no need to worry as your item is on the way and should be delivered soon. For your convenience, you may check the status through USPS website with the tracking number 9274890260113712217727. If you need further assistance feel free to contact us on ([email protected]) or our 24/7 live chat here: (https://7secondssmile.com/). Our support team will be happy to assist you. Placed my order. They took my money. I received a tracking notification that it was on its way on March 3rd. Then I never received another tracking update. I searched. I emailed them. I only ever received emails saying deliveries can be delayed due to COVID. I understand and get that. But they never updated my tracking. I continuously tried to get an update on the tracking. After more than a month, I gave up and requested a refund. And now even that is delayed. Still haven’t received my refund. I would give zero stars if that was possible. I will never shop here again

Hello Stella, We sincerely sorry if your package has not delivered yet. Upon checking, it appears that there's an issue on the logistic part which we coordinated to the concerned department. Kindly respond to the follow-up email we sent to you so we can resolve this matter. Thank you, 7 Seconds Smile

Avoid using this site. Very bad customer service experience There 60 days return guarantee is limited to 30 days because it take 2-4 days to dispatch then 20 plus days to arrive. By the time you recieve the item the first 30 days are up. Remaining are 30 days Also it's very expensive to return the items. Same products are available on local online shopping sites. Just type the product name in your search engine and opt for local and most likely will be cheaper and easier to return as well as quicker delivery. If you decide to return the item bear in mind that it has to be sent within the 60 days of placing the order not on receiving the order. Any second after the 60 days, they will not refund and keep the item to. Krizza has been very unhelpful and making false claims in emails to me. Scamming website and recommend not to order unless your willing to be ripped off or scammed. Also i have emailed you but you haven't resolved or responded back to me.

Please DO NOT order from this site. I ordered the cellulite cream for over £20 plus delivery claiming that it will reduce/illuminate cellulite. They give you a fake tracking number and has a fake address. Once received many weeks after the initial order it was the tiniest bottle which could barely cover one application of a small area. It did nothing at all so am certain the contents is nothing more than what you could purchase as hand cream or the like. TOTAL SCAM/RIP OFF!! DO NOT TRYST THE SITE!!

I don’t know if it is or not but I’m just wondering if I’m still gonna get my package no matter the wait but I ordered the powered toothbrush and looked really cool and now reading the comments has me thinking I made a mistake like what if it doesn’t work how it shows in the ads or not that big? Hopefully it comes and in great condition and what I was looking for
