They stole my money and I can’t get it back please don’t play this

I got my account up to $800 then went to withdraw it by redeeming it and it said I had to make a deposit first of $9.99 to be VIP1 so I didn't know what to do so I looked it up there's good and bad comments I just made the deposit anyway redeemed my earnings and did not receive them so I contact support through telegram to make a long story short they told me they've been having issues with the deposit through the website gave me there 7GoldSlots :Bitcoin address bc1qyr03kxejf965c395cukpzl2gxp3vqvt9lx27l3 to deposit it from my cash app to link and verify my bank after it was all said and done I received my redemption of $821 to my cash app but make sure the name on your account matches the name on your cash app or verification won't go through and you will not receive your money but once Bitcoin has been deposited you'll receive a notification on your account your all verified and bank has been linked now redeem to complete the process it would have been nice to know all of this before I deposited the first time through the website cuz I had to pay the $9.99 twice
