Poor customer service
Customer service is extremely vague when it comes to the withdrawal process. And there are certain requirements that are needed in order to withdraw the free bonus so don't get sucked in like I did and make four deposits trying to withdraw my bonus only to be able to cash out 5 USDT. 2 USDT of that was taken for fees. Kathleen I believe it to be a scam but the games they offer are really great. I am not a satisfied customer but I've invested too much. So be careful
