Awesome app. Helps a lot of people in many ways . I have been using this app for 4 years already.

After losing a friend last year, I didn't know where to turn and decided to try out various online solutions. 7 Cups really, really helped me out. The listeners on this site are brilliant and even though I only utilised the services of a few, they were vital in my climb from the abyss I was in.

At first I didn't really think 7 Cups would be awesome but it actually exceeded my expectations! I looked in forums and only found friends -- and listeners are so awesome as well!

Super impressive platform with helpful and uplifting community! The listeners are understanding -- which is great considering I don't even know them and they make me feel among friends. In fact, I even have made friends among the community and forum.

Unfortunately another website teeming with trolls who leverage the limited power of the Listener-role to harass already vulnerable people. Great idea as a website and I wish it would work as intended, but more moderation and vetting is necessary. Not all of my experiences were negative, but enough of them were for this service to be considered unsafe. For this reason I cannot recommend this website for its intended population and on the contrary I would recommend to stay away from it.
