7 cups is a great place. I went there for help and ended up as a volunteer. My father had passed away and I was having an awful day. I am now studying Marketing with them to help out on the site.

This site is such a fantastic idea and experience. It is an incredible thing to manage to construct such a productive experience with Volunteer. I simply feel calm after going through the site and I HIGHLY recommend anyone who feels a little down or needs suppport.

Great platform for people to go when they want to talk about issues in their life and have an active listener to support them on the challenging times in their journey. It may not be the only supports they need, but it is really helpful to be included in the plethora of supports they might have.

I came to 7 cups finding a listener to talks it about my problems, but instead I ended up being one. It was an amazing experience to be surrounded by a community so loving, so caring, and so enthusiastic about helping people. It feels like you’re part of a big family as everyone welcomes you in with open arms 🤍

Good place to get support. 7 Cups provides listeners, and when you need to vent that can be really helpful. Listener training is pretty brief, though, and could be better to ensure quality listeners

I have been using 7cups for more than 6 months now. It has been a good experience overall and I am still using it. The community there is so supportive. You have a structured mechanism to handle and work through everything there.
