My 7 Cups Listener journey has been awesome. I was looking for a place to help others and came across 7 cups. I am so glad I did. The other listeners and staff there are amazing and so supportive!

When you log into 7 Cups and click "chat now" you'll be contacted by a completely random volunteer. This is not normally a good thing, because they might be untrained or even not have good intentions. A better bet is to use their Browse Listeners feature to find a listener according to your personal preferences.

7 cups is awesome You have people to support you and you can support others and it makes you feel good. Me being a listener I love doing it because I feel like it’s something im doing right. And I love helping others and 7 cups made it so that I could do so

The support teams and other members put in very admirable effort to make you feel better. Everybody is always positive regardless of what each one of them is going through. 7 cups makes you feel heard and loved, regardless of the problem. Navigation is a little difficult, especially for listeners but regardless of that it is a very resourceful and helpful site for anyone struggling with any small issue or even a whole disorder. 7 cups changes the world for people who cannot afford any kind of therapy at all, for whatever reason. 7 cups has resources to train any volunteer that wants to give a helping hand and MOSTLY very sweet listeners that validate each of your thought and feeling. Thank you 7 cups, for making me feel heard and also accepting me into their huge team of listeners to change the world together.
