A great opportunity to get support without spending any money. I've tried many different sites, and 7 cups stuck with me. Since then, I became a listener, completed various trainings and tests, and helped others. It's a rewarding journey which I can absolutely recommend looking into. The only negative aspects are that listeners are able to take requests after very limited training, and that some members can be difficult to deal with. But, overall, certainly worthwhile. I'm thankful for our wonderful community <3

I joined the app as a member sometime ago and i just wanted someone to listen. Soon i applied for being a listener and it has been a great experience. Being there for people and helping them just by listening to their vents makes me feel good about myself as a human being. And whenever i feel overwhelmed by my thoughts and feelings i share it with other listeners and i feel tons better.

As a psychology student, 7Cups was an excellent opportunity for me to actually experience the field of mental health and to be able to contribute to it. Would surely recommend it regardless of whether you are a psych grad or not.

I found "7 Cups" systematic and fruitful. It has everything for my day-to-day needs, be it mindfulness, venting, or learning about mental health for self-care. It has become my companion and I would recommend this for anyone serious about their well-being. 5 star from my side.
