HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! Only time they communicate is for payments. Staff is rude and unprofessional. I disputed my transactions with them because they did nothing to help me. Then they send a threatening email to me about disputing the claims. Word of advice: Contact your bank and dispute, dispute, dispute! UPDATE*** After reading their response, it shoqws what liars they continue to be. Never had 18 negative items on my reports, only 13. They never attempted to call me either. SUCH LIARS!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
