Sorry for any confusion! The Completed or Processing status means we have received payment and the order is cleared for our production team. Because of safety measures put in place for our team, orders are taking a lot longer than usual since we make each item to order. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a status update just by the information left in this review and we would suggest reaching out to our team directly by sending an email to [email protected]. Unfortunately that is simply untrue. Our agents have responded promptly with assistance to each and every point of contact. When our agents were contacted yesterday about the package that shipped last week, they gathered the required information and started an investigation with the carrier as is our policy. As stated in our most recent email, if the package is unable to be found with the carrier we can issue a refund or send out a replacement. If the content of our emails is not showing up for some reason, please try emailing us using a different email client and we can forward all of the information. Our team is always happy to help!

Sorry for any confusion and for the delay! There are certainly no outstanding orders from 6 weeks ago, if you happen to have another order than the order under this information, please reach back out to our team. We did not order our employees to stay home but instead left the choice up to them. While we already took key measures to protect the safety of our staff, there are those that did not feel comfortable leaving their homes, which we completely understand and we were surely not going to force them to come in hence the reduced staff. The safety and well-being of our employees what is most important to us. Because we make each and every item to order, a reduced staff and added safety measures has caused a delay. We are still working hard daily to fill all outstanding orders. If you haven't already seen our response, please check your email. Hi Gianna! We appreciate the feedback. We are a small company and do not currently have a system that can pick out random shirt orders. Each order is simply completed in the order it was placed unless rush processing or expedited shipping is selected. This is definitely something worth looking into and we'll be sure to explore this with our team as we grow in the future. While we usually get orders shipped pretty quickly, we state online that orders can take 1-2 weeks to process. Due to COVID-19, we are operating with a reduced staff in order to keep our employees as safe as possible. Since we make each item to order that has led to longer processing times. We apologize for any inconvenience!

Apologies for any confusion! As explained by our team this payment was rejected as shown in the receipt included in our email. That means no money was sent to our company. Depending on your bank or credit card company, a pending authorization may appear but since no funds were received the authorization will just fall off. Unfortunately, this is not something we can control and we again urge you to contact your card company to find out more about how they handle authorizations as each company has different policies and timelines. Hi Caryl! We actually don't store any card information and are completely PCI Compliant which means our customers' information cannot be compromised from using our site. If your information was used to place an order on our site, please reach out to our team directly so we can stop this order from leaving our facility, block the user from our store and refund the charge. Hi Anthony! Since most of our shirts are 100% cotton, shrinkage can occur depending on laundering preferences. We recommend washing and drying the items with a no heat setting to help. If you believe the shrinkage is defective, please directly reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] so we can help! Update: Unfortunately that is simply untrue. We do stand behind our products and only require measured photos if you believe the shrinkage of the items to be defective. We are always happy to help and will investigate but we require measurements in order to address the issue with both our team and supplier. Once provided to our team, we can address the issue with our supplier and send you replacements. Please respond to our email with the measurements requested so we can help!
