Although we include information about shrinkage on our Ordering Information and FAQ pages, we do stand behind our products and only require measured photos if you believe the shrinkage of the items to be defective. We are always happy to help and will investigate but we require measurements in order to address any issues. Once provided to our team, we can address the issue with our supplier and send you replacements. Please respond to our email with the measurements requested so we can help!

Hi Will! Our company makes each item to order so orders do not ship out instantly but we are open, working around the clock, and are more dedicated than ever. Sorry for any confusion Sean! Our international orders are bundled together when shipped and sent to an international processing facility in New York from Florida so it can take at least a few business days for the tracking to update. Once they reach that facility, UPS will scan each package individually and send them to Canada Post but this order was shipped on the date we sent tracking information. We are seeing updated tracking information for this order but feel free to contact our team directly again if it is not appearing for you or if you have any questions. They are always happy to help!

Hi! Unlike most companies, we make each of our items to order so our team was slowed by the safety measures needed to keep our staff safe. We do see contact but ask that you allow at least 24 hours on a business day for a team member to respond. An agent did respond and if you are not seeing our reply, please check any junk, spam or promotions folders.

Hi Nathan! When emailed, all customers are sent an auto-reply letting them know that the message has been received and that an agent will be in touch. Please allow the timeframe shown in that email for one of our agents to get back to you, as they certainly will. Unfortunately we are only seeing and order placed under 2 weeks ago. If you have an older order that may be placed under different information, please let our team know as we do not have any orders that old outstanding. They will be able to investigate with the appropriate carrier and send a replacement if needed. We are always happy to help and look forward to resolving any issues!

Hi Charlotte! As soon as our team started to fall behind our usual timeframe because of the safety measures need due to Covid-19, we posted notices about delays, sent out a mass email, and urged any customer with a time-sensitive order to select our rush processing option. If you emailed our team successfully, an auto-reply would be sent stating we received the contact and an agent will be in contact. If you received that email but are not seeing a response, please check your junk, spam or promotions folder. Unfortunately we can't find any contact under this information but never ignore emails!

Sorry for any confusion! Our site states that we are accepting packages back in our facility but only offer returns on items that have not been washed or worn. We also offer washing instructions that state the shirts may shrink depending on laundering preferences and include a fabric composition breakdown on each design page.
