I recently ordered some shirts from 6dollarshirts.com and one of them had a marking on them, so I contacted their customer service. They acted swiftly and treated me as a valuable customer and sent out a new shirt to me asap. Great customer service!

I ordered a shirt for Valentines Day in early February but something with the order messed up and my card was charged but the order never completed. I contacted customer service after about 2 weeks of waiting and they immediately fixed the error, sent the shirt to production and offered a concession for my troubles. I will definitely do business with this company again as they care about their customers.

I had a few hurdles when ordering from 6 dollar shirts, however, they were at my side as soon as the problem arose and helped me have the best service possible. There had been a computer glitch, allowing for the transaction to go through, but my shirt to never leave my shopping cart. Once that was figured out, it was sent out almost immediately. Unfortunately, the shirt that was being tracked failed to reach my house. After 2-3 days of clarifying that it, indeed, was lost in the mail, they sent me another free of charge. Ariel from customer service was at my side daily with updates via email. I couldn't have asked for better customer service with the circumstances! Even before I received the shirt (Which I did, eventually!) I had recommended this site due to their customer service alone. The shirt was also well made and comfortable- a true winner for the recipient :) Thanks!!

Aside from the fact that their tree shirts are at an amazing price, their customer service is above what you'd usually expect from an online company. I had a problem with my order. I never received a tracking number or confirmation that my order had been shipped out. I emailed their customer service expecting to hear nothing back. But they emailed me back within a day apologizing for the inconvenience, sending me a tracking number, and refunding half of my shipping fees. In my personal opinion, this company goes above and beyond with their customer service. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

I had an issue with an order that was taken care of swiftly and efficiently. I will certainly use them again and again!

The UPS driver delivered my package one street over, and when they gave me trouble about it, I opened a help ticket with 6DollarShirts. They answered immediately, opened a complaint with UPS that go me further than I could get on my own, and were about ready to send me a replacement when the package was found. Fantastic customer service.

I have just received my 10 six dollar T-shirts and I just wanted to say how pleased I am with them all! It's always a bit worrying when ordering stuff off the internet, especially from a new company, but I am not disappointed at all! The quality, design and colours are all that I had hope for and expected. I am going home to Brazil over Christmas and it is difficult to find unique and quality T-shirts such as yours in Ireland at this time of year.
