I ordered a couple of shirts for my daughter and fiancée and when I received them,one of them had an anomaly. I normally would not be bothered by this and at the price I paid who cares but they were to be gifts so I contacted the company. Within hours my complaint was responded to and a new shirt was sent out within 24 hours! Hurray for friendly and efficient customer service!! You guys rock!!

I work in the service industry and customer service is a HUGE DEAL for me. When I placed my order and received my shipment I was disappointed to see that 2 of the 10 shirts I ordered were wrong. I emailed the customer service department and in less than 24 hours I had a response apologizing and informing me that the right shirts would be on the way to my home immediately; at no cost or hassle to me. This is how business should be done and I will surely order from them again. The shirts look great, fit great and are an unbeatable price - with great service too!!!

When I placed my first order I only bought 1 shirt as a test. I assumed a $6 shirt would feel thin, flimsy, the artwork would come off after the first wash, and would tear immediately when being tugged. I WAS BLOWN AWAY!
