I had an issue with an order that I had placed for a Birthday present. I wrote an email requesting information and status of my order. My customer service rep Laci, immediately acknowledged the issue. She found my order and shipped it that day so that I would have it before I left on my trip. She took the time for me, one customer and made me priority. That shows that a a company and their employees care. I will absolutely be a returning customer and will be spreading the word!! These people are amazing, the selection, the prices, the service both before and after the sale are top notch. The 10 for $50 deal can't be beat, esp. since you can order any variety of designs, colors and sizes within the order. They don't all have to be the same! Makes it possible to order for all your friends...no matter what color they like or what size they may be. It's actually crazy NOT to order 10 shirts at a time...you'll be going back, again & again!

I have just recently discovered this site and immediately started making purchases. Not only can you find great products of very high quality, the customer service can not be matched! Here is an example: I ordered the 10 shirts for $50 as I washed the shirts (per tag instruction) the hemming on one of the shirts came loose. It wasn't a big deal but I contacted customer service and they had a new shirt out that day! In a day of always being rushed and poor customer service, this company exceeds all expectations!

So surprised that the shirts were so good. Easy to order, just as pictured, and fast shipping. Ordered the first time for a bar party, didn't expect much but a cheap gift to give away. WOW! My original order arrived and was wrong. I called customer support and they made sure I reveiled my correct item in time for my giftee's birthday. I very much appreciate them going above and beyond for me. It shows they respect their customers. Also, they shirts looks great and are soft!
