I had a little bit of a hiccup when I was placing my order. I contacted customer service which corrected my issued right away. They kept me informed throughout the process AND get this.... They emailed me after the package was delivered to make sure I was satisfied. Who does that?! Thanks a million to my customer service rep Lilli for making this such an awesome experience.

This company also provides excellent customer service. They tell you when your order is received, when it ships, and even check to make sure it was delivered to your satisfaction. Absolutely fantastic service from everyone I dealt with - and there were quite a few! There were issues with my order arriving that were totally out of their control (I live in South Africa), yet they still tried their utmost to assist me wherever they could and truly went above and beyond. And the shirts themselves live up to the expectations set by the service levels! They are wonderful - great quality, so soft and comfortable, and exactly as advertised. I love them! I ordered two shirts for my wife as a mini surprise. They never showed up but I just figured they got lost in the mail as we were moving houses. I was shocked when a couple of months later someone contacted me letting me know the shirts were returned and asked if I still wanted them. I gave the new address and they were sent immediately at no extra charge. They arrived super quick and my wife is STOKED about them. Soft, fit well, and funny. This company is great! I was a bit skeptical because of the low price but the shirts and transfers were of very high quality and good fit. Since I needed the shirts before a birthday event, I paid a fee for expedited service and got my shirts within the week and in plenty of time. Very courteous and personal service!
