Very unprofessional, order not delivered on time 😑I did contact you guys directly all week. Was told it would be here then it won't be. I had 3 dad's without gifts for fathers day. It's still not here, very disappointed

Hi Lindsay! Unfortunately all carriers have suspended guaranteed delivery dates (as of March 2020) due to the incredible rise in volume. Since this order was shipped with FedEx 2-Day on Friday as agreed upon, and that service is in business days only, we would expect the order to arrive on Tuesday, two business days after being shipped. Sorry for any confusion or frustration!

I've bought from this company twice. The price is right and I like the assortment. The ship times are atrocious. Try waiting a month or two at this point. It's terrible.

While orders are currently taking longer than our usual 2-3 business days to ship we have not seen any order take a month or two to ship unless we reached out about something like an invalid address and only received a response much later. Their's customer service is horrible. They don't want to service me. Update on 3/22/2021. So i already sent them 5 email. And they still don't answer me. That does not sound like our team at all! We see that responses were provided via email as well as PayPal. Usually when customers are not seeing our responses, they were filtered to a junk or spam folder. Update 4/8: Strange! Weirdly, we have received responses to the messages we sent and we see that you have even spoken with agents on live chat several times. If someone else has access to your email, please check with them. We have already sent copies including timestamps of all the messages. You can also view these message copies directly through your PayPal account.

The shirts are basically cheap iron on designs. Not worth the money. Once you spend, they don't do returns either only exchanges so no chance to get your money back, and expect you to pay the crazy shipping to exchange anything. Waste of time!

I ordered from them many times and then after my last order in the 16 of November they processed my money and then they stopped letting me connect on the website, when I asked their terrible helpdesk, they were like you never had an account with us. I have email proof for my orders and my bank transaction and yet they are not answering me anymore

Hi! Please allow 24 hours on a business day to receive a reply from our team. The order placed was not successful unfortunately which is why an agent responded saying there were no completed orders. Any pending authorization from your bank would fall off or appear as a refund. If you are still not seeing a reply from our team now that they are back in the office, please check any junk or promotions folder!
