I was worried about shipping, as that's most of the only critiques I've seen, so after ordering I shot them a quick message. Laci noted my concerns, checked my order, and modified the shipper to UPS so that the shirts would get here in time for my event. I just got the tracking number for UPS so things should happen with plenty of time to spare. Thanks Laci!

Ariel answered my questions very promptly each time! Then I had 1 tee missing from my order and needed them all for an event. Ariel reaponded to my problem crazy fast and sent the shirt out right away. I had all the tees by party time. I have never had such quick response from a company. Thanks 6 Dollar !

First of all, the delivery time was fantastic. I ordered on Sunday night and got it on Wednesday. So fast! The shirt was exactly as pictured on the website. The shirt is of good quality and it was true to size. I would definitely order again and recommend them to others.

With my most recent order, a problem (that was entirely MY fault) was handled quickly and hassle-free by a representative named Ariel. I mention this person by name in hopes that they receive credit. Excellent customer service is hard to find in online shopping as it is, and it is especially appreciated and not taken for granted during the holiday shopping season. I purchased 10 T-shirts, which I received promptly. One had an issue with a tear in the fabric. I sent an email with pictures and asked what could be done. I received a response on a holiday weekend letting me know that they would be sending a replacement right away and that I didn't need to return the faulty shirt! I will be ordering more shirts from 6dollarshirts in the future.
