My first order had a few issues on the delivery it took over a month to get them even. For some reason it was returned to sender. Second order only took a couple of week and they stayed in contact with me until I received my order. I love the cups. I will be placing another order soon.

Extremely happy with my purchases! There was an issue where the shipment was lost in transit but I contacted the agent and was sent a replacement within a week. Extremely happy with the personalisation of everything and hubby LOVES his coffee mug! He said it's the best one he has ever had as it stays hot for ages! The item was was extremely thin material, like a sheet for your bed and it was like a tent. Very huge. I completely can't wear it. The button was to big to go through the hole on the strap. Took a very long time to get the item. Extremely disappointed. Shannon Dunn

This company stole my money I place a order. 2 ittens and never received. Know I'm requesting refund and received a reply asking how was my delivery. After I ask were was to refund me the money for the ittens I never received. I read other review. This is a scan company. I will call my attorneys.
