I absolutely love the cup I ordered for my mom. I was told it would be delivered 2 days prior to Mother’s Day, so this was the reason I ordered from this company. My mom and I were both disappointed that her gift was delivered a week late. She loved the design I chose and loved that the lid had a hole for a straw which could be closed off while not using a straw. Well made and quality is great. I will order again but way ahead if it’s for a special occasion.

The graphic design is perfect. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the bottom of the cup is not flat so the cup has a slight wobble to it. Other than that it’s perfect!

Took way too long. I was giving as gift and ordered in plenty of time. Arrival date, supposed to be May 3rd. Finally arrived May 15th. First person who responded to my questions, I thought was snippy and really didn't help. I'll give Mark credit, he at least tried to locate and it actually started to move from original place. I was amazed it actually was decorated correctly when it arrived. Looks good, but haven't given as gift yet, so don't know how it will stand up to washing, etc.
